[ServiceNow] Limit the Category Visibility

Change request catalog needs to be only seen by "ServiceNow - Fulfiller" group

[Settings]

- Go to "Category" and select "Standard Changes"

 

- On the top left corner side, click menu icon, "Configure" --> "Related Lists"

 

- Add "Available For" and "Not Available For" then save

 

- In "Available for" tab, click "New"

 

- Input name as "ChangeRequestGroup" then added "ServiceNow - Fulfiller" group then submit

- Go to Service Catalog page then check if "Standard Change" catalog is available

 

- Impersonate a normal user and check whether "Standard Change" is available or not
